Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. CueMeThen is not directed to children and does not participate in Google Play Families. By using CueMeThen, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.

The free offline core

Anonymous capture, editing, Boards, Today, Inbox, deterministic local search, reminders, local media, backup and restore, and recovery are provided without an account or subscription. You are responsible for your device, operating-system access, and local backups.

Notifications are optional delivery aids. Browser support and permission, iOS Home Screen installation, network availability, Android permissions, force-stop behavior, power management, device settings, or operating-system limits can delay or prevent an alert. Today remains the reminder record.

Accounts and identity

Email and Google sign-in methods create separate permanent identities. The same email address does not merge them. Keep access to the method used for a purchase or cloud account and protect your device and credentials. Do not share sessions, bypass browser or Play Integrity protections, or attempt to access another person’s cloud data.

Cloud subscriptions

CueMeThen Pro and Pro Max are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Paddle on the website and, after Android publication, through Google Play in the app. The checkout provider displays the final localized price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and any trial before purchase. Manage cancellation through the provider that sold the subscription; uninstalling CueMeThen or deleting a CueMeThen account does not cancel it.

• Pro includes 500 MB of total cloud storage.
• Pro Max includes 2 GB of total cloud storage.
• Storage covers active cloud note, Board, setting, reminder, and attachment data.
• When full, storage-increasing writes stop while deletion and size-reducing changes remain available.

Refunds, chargebacks, payment failures, grace periods, account holds, upgrades, and downgrades follow Paddle’s or Google Play’s applicable purchase rules and the entitlement state verified through RevenueCat. A subscription bought on the website remains available after signing into Android with the exact same CueMeThen identity. Client-side purchase status alone never authorizes paid server access. Subscription end and cloud recovery

When paid access ends, cloud records become read-only for a 90-day recovery period. You can export or keep device copies during that period. After it ends, CueMeThen purges cloud replicas. The free offline core and device-only content remain available.

Online AI

AI is optional and provides editable suggestions. It never silently schedules, moves, hides, overwrites, or deletes your content. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and must be reviewed before use. Do not rely on AI output as medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.

Free access includes 2 actions per day. Pro includes 780 actions per subscription month and Pro Max includes 2,340. Allowances expire at reset or entitlement end, do not roll over, and are not permanent purchased credits. See the AI disclosure for providers and data flow.

Acceptable use

You must not use CueMeThen to:

• Break applicable law, infringe rights, threaten others, or distribute malicious content.
• Probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security, quotas, authorization, integrity, or rate limits except where law expressly permits.
• Upload malware, executable payloads, deceptive purchase evidence, stolen credentials, or content you lack permission to process.
• Use automated accounts or AI requests to impose unreasonable cost or interfere with other users.

CueMeThen may restrict online features where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, security, or legal compliance. Local device data is not remotely erased by this action.

Your content and service permission

You retain your rights in your content. When you explicitly adopt data into cloud or send selected cloud data to AI, you grant CueMeThen a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, process, and delete it solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and comply with law for those features. This permission ends when the data is deleted, subject to legitimate retention duties.

Availability, backups, and changes

CueMeThen aims for reliable local use, but online providers and infrastructure can fail. Keep local or exported backups appropriate to the value of your data. Preview features and closed-test builds may change. CueMeThen may modify or discontinue online features with reasonable notice where practical, without removing your ownership of local content.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueMeThen is provided “as is” without a promise that every notification, sync, AI result, provider, or device behavior will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueMeThen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss caused by ignored reminders or unreviewed AI suggestions, or local data loss caused by a device, operating system, uninstallation, or missing backup. Any limitation is subject to applicable mandatory law.

Termination, law, and contact

You may stop using CueMeThen at any time and can request account deletion. CueMeThen may terminate online access for serious or repeated breach while preserving required deletion/export rights and mandatory consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your country gives you additional rights or forums. Contact support@cuemethen.com before bringing a dispute so both sides can try to resolve it.
