What AI can suggest

• A title and short summary.
• A Board, behavior, or return date.
• Related cloud cards or interpreted search terms.

Suggestions are returned for your review. CueMeThen does not silently mutate, schedule, move, hide, or delete anything.

What is sent

For each request, CueMeThen sends only the task, the text of owner-scoped cloud cards you explicitly selected, and limited request context such as locale and time zone. Requests are bounded to 5,000 input tokens and 512 output tokens. Attachments, unrelated cloud cards, device-only content, auth tokens, purchase evidence, and raw account identifiers are excluded.

Providers and model routing

CueMeThen sends requests through OpenRouter. The launch primary model is openai/gpt-oss-20b. The fallback is minimax/minimax-m2.7 and is used only for explicit primary provider/model unavailability—not for validation failures, exhausted allowances, ambiguous post-dispatch failures, or ordinary timeouts.

Production requires Zero Data Retention routing and sends a data-collection denial. OpenRouter and the selected model provider still process request data to produce the response and operate under their own policies. Do not submit sensitive data unless you are comfortable with that limited provider processing.

Allowance and cost controls

• Free: 2 actions per day.
• Pro: 780 actions per subscription month.
• Pro Max: 2,340 actions per subscription month.

Allowances also have server-side provider-cost ceilings. They expire at reset or entitlement end, do not roll over, and cannot be topped up. Ambiguous billed requests remain pending until they can be reconciled instead of being silently charged twice.

Accuracy, safety, and prompt injection

AI output can be wrong. Note content is treated as untrusted data, not instructions to the system. The model has no tools and cannot access your device, other accounts, purchases, notifications, or hidden records. Review every suggestion and do not use it as professional or emergency advice.

Control and deletion

You can revoke AI consent in Settings. Revocation stops new requests but does not rewrite prior suggestions you chose to keep locally. Final account deletion removes server-side AI request metadata and allowance records. See the privacy notice and deletion instructions.
