Delete the cloud account without touching device-only notes.

Delete from CueMeThen

1. Open CueMeThen and sign in using the account’s original method.
2. Open Settings → CueMeThen Pro → Manage account.
3. Export cloud data first if you want a copy.
4. Choose Delete cloud account, review the consequences, and confirm Schedule deletion.
5. If requested, complete a recent sign-in again.

Cloud sync stops immediately. The app shows the permanent-deletion date and offers Undo account deletion during the 30-day window.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@cuemethen.com from the address associated with the account, using the subject “CueMeThen account deletion request.” State the sign-in method you used. Do not include note content, authentication codes, passwords, Google tokens, receipts, or identity documents in the first email.

Support will provide a limited verification process. Because sign-in methods create isolated identities, an email address alone may not identify a Google-created account. CueMeThen will not delete an unverifiable account or disclose whether another person’s account exists.

What is deleted

At final deletion, CueMeThen removes:

• Account profile, authentication sessions, and server identity records.
• Cloud cards, Boards, settings, reminder replicas, conflicts, and attachments.
• Cloud export jobs and archives.
• AI request metadata, consent state, allowances, and unused credits.
• The RevenueCat customer record used for CueMeThen entitlement verification.

What is not deleted automatically

• Device-only notes, media, reminders, settings, and backups remain on your device until you remove them locally.
• Paddle and Google Play purchase and payment records are controlled by the provider that processed them.
• An active Paddle or Google Play subscription is not canceled by CueMeThen account deletion.
• Records legally required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance may be retained only as required.

Manage or cancel the subscription separately through the provider that sold it.

Timing and recovery

The request is reversible for 30 days. During that window, sync is disabled but cloud export remains available. If you undo deletion in time, cloud access can resume after entitlement verification. After the deadline and provider cleanup complete, deletion is permanent and CueMeThen cannot restore the cloud account.
