Website purchases are handled by Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for CueMeThen subscriptions purchased on the website. Paddle processes the payment, receipt, applicable taxes, cancellation, and approved refund to the original payment method where possible.
Refund eligibility follows Paddle’s refund policy in effect for the transaction, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. CueMeThen does not limit those rights.
How to request a refund
Use one of Paddle’s official purchase-support routes:
- Open the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in the transaction confirmation email.
- Use the support link in the receipt or your billing page.
- Visit paddle.net and choose the refund-request option.
For a product or technical problem, contact support@cuemethen.com first so CueMeThen can investigate. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
Eligibility and timing
Except where law requires otherwise, a completed transaction is not automatically refundable. Paddle may consider a discretionary request submitted within 14 days of the transaction, but submission does not guarantee approval. Paddle decides eligibility under its published policy and may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request.
Cancellation is different
Canceling prevents the next renewal. It does not by itself refund an earlier charge. Unless a refund, chargeback, or provider action ends access sooner, paid access normally continues through the current billing period. Uninstalling CueMeThen or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
What happens after a refund
When Paddle and RevenueCat report that paid entitlement has ended, paid cloud and subscription AI access end accordingly. Cloud records enter the 90-day read-only recovery period described in the Terms of Use before cloud replicas are purged. The free offline core and device-only content remain available.
Future Google Play purchases
A subscription later purchased through the Android app is billed by Google Play and follows Google Play’s cancellation and refund process. This page’s Paddle process applies to website purchases.
